: GLASS PRODUCTION RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Earmark radio systems are ideally suited for glass production

Earmark helps plate glass manufacturers increase productivity via communication

Application Tip

The preferred equipment for float glass plants is the MultiMan TRBS base station that will  provide full duplex/repeater service (everyone can talk and listen at all times like a telephone conference call) between the control room and up to eight wireless users outfitted with Earmark radios. Glass workers prefer the Earmark self-contained headset radios like the  Series 4C or Series 5. Earmark also offers belt-worn radios  with hearing protection headsets  that have a hearing protection rating.

GLASS PRODUCTION

Glass manufacturing is an exact process performed on physically large machines. The large distances, interaction between workers, and the need for quick and accurate adjustments make Earmark radio communications equipment an excellent fit.

Earmark has decades of experience working with the glass industry. Throughout the years we have concentrated on developing and supplying radios that are ideal for glass plant production. We have engineered four different styles of radios tailored to meet your communication requirements. Now, the choice is yours.

Right Down to the Bottom Line

Emerging problems will be identified and corrective actions made with real time communications and instantaneous feedback. Costly waste will be reduced on the glass production line and your Earmark system will pay for itself quickly.

The wireless Series 4C headsets are part of a MultiMan TRBS system that can be interfaced to a large wired intercom system, extending the flexibility and reach of your in-plant communication equipment (Pictures courtesy of PRONOR - Belgium.
