For your convenience Earmark offers two choices in rechargeable power systems. Earmark's custom engineered, Rechargeable Power System (RPS) seals directly into our Headset and Belt-Pak battery compartments. The RPS does not compromise the device's Intrinsic Safety Rating. Battery capacity is about half that of an alkaline cell.

If you don't need Intrinsic Safety,Earmark provides 8.4 Volt, standard rechargeable cells. Offering about half the capacity of the RPS, these cells substitute for 9 Volt alkaline batteries without product modification.
