Engineered to perform continuously, in tough industrial environments, Earmark's Series 4C radio Headsets are state-of-the-art pieces of communications equipment. With earcups constructed of "T" grade ABS plastic and utilizing monobloc cup construction, the Series 4C stands up to rough handling. Powered by two 9 volt alkaline batteries or optional rechargeable NiCd batteries, this radio Headset gives a long battery life. Battery compartments are sealed against moisture and dust to reduce the chance of corrosion. The 4C is rated Intrinsically Safe by Underwriters Laboratories, it's highest designation.

The Series 4C Headset features a Vertical Support Strap to distribute the weight evenly across the top of your head and a back strap to keep the Headset from falling off when you bend forward. The glass-filled Delrin headband pivots easily, changing the pressure points on the soft, hypo-allergenic earmuffs. By moving the headband you can vary the load over the course of a day. Earmuff covers help avoid perspiration problems and provide sanitary protection. Optional hard-hat mounts can be provided for areas that require use of hard hats. Hard-hat and mounts are available at no extra charge in lieu of the standard headband and case.
